It is really feeling like this is do-able. FINALLY!
Morning Weight: 239
I woke up feeling really good this morning. I think eating more quality foods (let's not think about the Cheetos) yesterday helped a lot. I hope to keep including good fruits, veggies, and proteins. We had a GREAT workout with Brandon with lots of running and arm/back work. I was feeling strong and felt properly fueled for the first time in a while.
For breakfast I had a hardboiled egg ($0.11), a banana ($0.18), and a pear ($0.20). A little later I hd some peanut butter ($0.10) and for lunch I had a serving of the Crock Pot cabbage casserole ($0.52).
After work I stopped on the way to the Boys and Girls Club and got (you guessed it!) Cheetos ($0.99) and then hung out with those cool kids for a while.
I headed to church for our Lent Study and this week was all about social justice and how it is our job to be the voice for the oppressed. We had a wonderful potluck with 2 kinds of quinoa, salads, meat, cheese, and broccoli cheese soup and lemonade! I brought some bread but no one ate any of it. We had so much good stuff! So dinner was FREE!
Then I did some hanging out, tv watching, and a little sleeping!
